Admissions 2024-2025

Registration for the upcoming school year opens to current students and their siblings first. Next, our online registration will be open to all other families. Applications will be processed in the following order:
 

• Current students and their siblings 
• Saint Raphael Catholic School families with siblings
• Saint Raphael the Arcangel Catholic Church parishioners
• Saint Raphael Alumni
• Catholic, non-parishioners
• General public

FIRST:

NEW FAMILIES WHO HAVE NOT CONTACTED US PREVIOUSLY: 
Begin setting up your Brightwheel account by completing the online interest form now.

NEW FAMILIES WHO HAVE CONTACTED US AND/OR TOURED - DO NOT USE THE ONLINE INTEREST FORM!
Set up your Brightwheel account using the invitation/link sent to you by Brightwheel. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. Contact the preschool office HERE, if you have any questions. 

CURRENT FAMILIES - DO NOT USE THE ONLINE INTEREST FORM!

SECOND:

• Your complete step-by-step registration package will be completed through Brightwheel when registration opens.
• Pay the registration fee.
• You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been processed and your child has been placed in a class.
• Parishioner Forms Due January 31.

• In March, you will recieve an email notification regarding the next steps and an online contract to be signed.
• Tuition for September, the one-time supply fee, and all remaining forms are due May 24.
